Concurrent Employment

If the Claimant is working more than one job at the time of the injury, they are entitled to 2/3rds of their wages from all jobs at the time of the injury.  However, a claimant’s benefits cannot exceed the maximum temporary total disability rate available at the time of the injury.  (Section 8-42-105(1), C.R.S.)  As of July 1, 2015 the maximum TTD rate is $914.27 (See Director’s Memo:  “Maximum Rates for Worker’s Compensation Benefits for the Year Beginning July 1, 2015 Through and Including June 30, 2015″ issued by the DOWC Director, July 1, 2015).
