Industrial Claims Appeal Panel

The Industrial Claims Appeals Panel is the first level of appellate review for any workers’ compensation claim.  After a case has gone to hearing and the Administrative Law Judge has ruled, either side may appeal the Administrative Law Judge’s decision to the Industrial Claims Appeals Panel.  After the Industrial Claims Appeal Panel has ruled, the next level of appeal is the Court of Appeals.  (Section 8-40-201(16), 8-43-30, C.R.S.).
