A Level II accredited physician is a medical doctor who has been approved by the Division of Workers’ Compensation to give medical impairment rating for injured workers. A chiropractor cannot qualify to be a Level II accredited physician. (Section 8-42-101 (3.5-3.6), C.R.S.).
