Medical Mileage

If a worker or someone else drives an automobile to the medical appointments or pharmacies, they are entitled to reasonable reimbursement for mileage as part of medical benefits.  This mileage is currently paid at the rate of $.53 per mile (see Rule 18(6)(E), Division of Compensation Rules of Procedure).
