Notice of Hearing

When a hearing is set by a party by appearing at the Office of Administrative Courts or by telephoning the Office of Administrative Courts, a Notice of Hearing is sent to all the parties.  This Notice of Hearing is prepared by the Office of Administrative Courts, unless your attorney is requested to prepare the notice.  If your attorney is charged with the responsibility of preparing the notice, the notice must be mailed by regular mail on a form prescribed by the Office of Administrative Courts within twenty (20) days after the setting date.  This does not apply to hearings set in Grand Junction, Glenwood Springs or Durango.  (Rule 11, OAC Rules of Procedure).
