Vocational Evaluation

The insurance carrier or self-insured employer has the right to have the claimant evaluated by a vocational rehabilitation expert.  The claimant must cooperate with this evaluation or their benefits may be reduced or terminated.  (Section 8-43-404(1), (3), C.R.S.).
